Time out!

Fundraising for charity and being out and about in the community is thirsty work so every so often we like to have a beer and let our hair down.  In fact, we can often be found in the various pubs in Burnham High Street doing just that!  But there's plenty more social stuff happening on a regular basis other than just pub trips, often joining up with other neighbouring Rotaract clubs.

Here's a little taster, but check out our club calendar for an up to date view of what we're up to.

In the recent past we've:

• Got dressed up for black tie balls and all manner of fancy dress costume parties 
• Been out clubbing in Windsor 
• Hosted a hog roast party and a bierkeller night 
• Seen the latest Hollywood has to offer at the cinema 
• Ten pin bowled (if that is the correct expression!) against other Rotaract clubs
• Put a few quid on the greyhounds
• Dined out, (a particular favourite of ours now I come to mention it!)
• Won pub quizzes, (quite a speciality of ours is this - and we don't cheat!!)
• Swapped partners at barn dances ....
• Been skiing in Austria and had weekends away in Brussels, Bruges and Madrid
